Shipping Policy:

Processing Time:
Upon receiving your order confirmation email, we process all orders within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification.

Shipping Duration:
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), while expedited shipping requires 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Local Pickup/Delivery:
For Detroit, Michigan residents, local pickup is available Monday through Friday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. We will coordinate the pickup time with you via text message. Additionally, free local deliveries are made from 5:30 to 7:30 pm, Monday through Friday. If your location is beyond the 40-mile radius, your order will be shipped.

Refund/Return Policy:

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become accessible. If your order does not arrive within 7 days after receiving the shipping confirmation, kindly contact us at its752am@gmail.com with your name and order number for assistance.

Product Returns:
Regrettably, we do not accept returns. We recommend consulting the garment's size chart to ensure a proper fit before making a purchase.

Refunds for Lost/Damaged Packages:
In case of damaged items, please email us at its752am@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. Each situation is handled individually, and our goal is to reach a satisfactory resolution. For lost orders that never arrive, a full refund of the order amount will be issued, excluding shipping costs.
